Over the las two decades, I have helped design and scale $1B+ logistics networks across the US, Europe and LATAM, for some of the world’s most iconic brands.

Engineering leader with 20+ years of international experience. Lived and worked in 5 countries across 4 continents.

I leverage automation, robotics and operational excellence to solve complex challenges in logistics, supply chain and e-commerce.

Currently: As Director of Global Engineering at Ingram Micro—a global leader in technology and supply chain services, connecting top technology, manufactures, cloud providers, and B2B experts to nearly 90% of the world’s population—I lead all functions of the engineering organization across 190 facilities in over 60 countries.

Mercado Libre (Nasdaq: MELI)—the largest e-commerce and fintech ecosystem in LATAM—I led the engineering team responsible for building the largest logistics network in the region and one of the largest globally. Scaled from 100 to 400+ facilities.

Amazon: Delivered over 30 successful project for Amazon, transforming operations and driving logistics innovation.

Microsoft: Led the design and delivery of all US e-commerce fulfillment centers for Microsoft, driving operational efficiency and transformation.

Intralogistics Solutions: Developed 500+ sustainable, scalable intralogistics solutions leveraging automation, robotics, and innovation, with projects exceeding $150MM.

Team Leadership: Led and grew high-performance team from 10 to 400+ professionals.

I am passionate about empowering teams,  I foster ownership, urgency, and integrity, creating a collaborative, accountable culture.

Originally from Spain, I now live with my family sunny Southern California—always eager to seek new opportunities, explore new technologies and build strategic partnerships that will redefine the future of e-commerce, logistics and supply chain.
